The British Film Institute employed approximately 100 staff on the Berkhamsted site. In January 2008 JSH Energy Solutions conducted an Initial Opportunities Assessment Survey at the Berkhamsted site and identified 10No no cost/low cost Recommendations of energy saving opportunities, with payback periods from immediately to a maximum of 2 years, for the Company to implement in order to save both carbon dioxide emissions and money. If all of the Recommendations were implemented savings of approximately 20% could be achieved. |
