Johns Slater and Haward were responsible for designing and overseeing the installation of the Mechanical and Electrical Services work. This included, Space Heating, Ventilation, Gas Installation, Hot and Cold Water Services, Compressed Air, Comfort Cooling and Sprinkler System, Electrical Distribution, Electrical Power, Lighting, Emergency lighting, Fire Alarm and Detection Systems, Security Systems, Telephone Data/IT Systems and PA.

The Mechanical Design solution for the project also included a rainwater recovery system via an underground storage tank and filter.
